Composite Doors (GRP)

An important factor in the Clearline strategy for providing a comprehensive service to customers is the ability to remain as autonomous as possible.

This philosophy extends not only to the in house manufacture of sealed units but also includes the recent commissioning of a glass toughening plant which enables the company to produce its own safety glass units within short lead times and at stable prices.

To further compliment the Clearline product range and in order to enhance price and delivery times the company has commissioned a new composite door manufacturing line producing a range of GRP slabs into Rehau frames with Winkhaus locking mechanisms.

This initiative has enabled Clearline the ability to offer a selection of six different door styles in four stock colours and two foiled options.

This product is further enhanced by the in house glass manufacturing facilities through which we have created an exclusive selection of glass designs.  Clearline can now offer a high quality composite door produced at competitive prices with delivery times within two to three weeks of receipt of an order.

This exciting prospect is further enhanced by the launch of the ‘ASTRAFLAME’ thirty-minute fire door and screen which is available in exactly the same design range as the standard composite but is an ideal solution for doors located in communal areas where there is a need to protect fire escape routes.

A new Clearline composite door brochure will be made available to trade customers together with samples and technical literature.  The range of doors can be viewed on the Clearline web site and prices can be obtained through direct contact with the trade office.  The competitive pricing has been calculated to offer an attractive proposition for retail customers as an alternative to standard PVC panel doors but with reduced price disparity.
